Provide every member of a gigabit-enabled community with access to physical therapy services using a 3D tele-health platform that permits remotely located physicians to interact with geographically dispersed patients to determine the type of physical therapy treatments that patients may need.

This project will develop approaches to expand the provision of physical therapy services to patients and improve the convenience of the services. This may help to improve patient adherence to physical therapy treatment plans and improve recovery times.
